David Suzuki is a Canadian newscaster and advocate for environmental causes. He is well known worldwide because of his globally syndicated "The Nature of Things" television program and by being author of more than thirty-two books on the environment. David expends much of his energy trying to educate children on their role in protecting the environment. He is also well-known for criticizing governments around the globe for their lack of action on the environment.
